BLACK BORDERS is owned and operated by Marion Maynor. After witnessing a lack of representation and accessibility in the sustainable fashion market, Marion created BXB to uplift BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities via collaboration, designing with their bodies in mind, and using their beauty as a vehicle for change. All the designing, patternmaking, grading and sewing is done by Marion in Oakland, CA and Atlanta, GA.
